Blogger's Quilt Festival!

It's here again the Blogger's Quilt Festival!
Amy at Park City Girl is once again the hostess of this wonderful event where bloggers can showcase their favorite quilt.
Thank you Amy for organizing this event once again.
Blogger's Quilt Fest is such a great way to visit SO many different blogs and admire quilts from all over the world.

Here is the quilt I just completed and wish to showcase.....

This quilt is called Pumpkins and Spice by Whimsicals.
The pattern I used can be found here at the Red Rooster website.
I purchased all the fabric to make this quilt at the Happy Sewing Room in Hamburg, PA, while visiting a dear blogging friend Zlaty.
I pieced and quilted this quilt by machine.
I just love everything about this quilt...the Autumn theme, the kitties and all the fabrics.
To be honest I was a little afraid at first that this quilt would look a little too"monotone" but was presently surprised when it was finished :D
I am so happy with how this quilt turned out and love the "coziness" it adds to my sewing room.
Be sure to click on the Blogger's Quilting Festival button on my sidebar and enjoy visiting with all the other bloggers who are "showing and telling" about their quilts.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you will visit again soon and your comments are always appreciated too!

Best wishes and stitches everyone!!

I clicked on the quilt to enlarge the photo so I could see the details. This is wonderful! The pumpkins scattered about, the fall colors, and each of the other details....just fabulous. ~ Sarah

How did you make this quilt that fast??? I cannot believe it as it seems only yesterday that you told us about buying the fabric. It turned out beautiful! I love the colors but I love a sepia look and this has it. It is just wonderful hanging it as you have. Did DH make that sweet wooden ladder too? I have one my step father made me that I hang my quilts on and love it. One this size is cute for doll's quilts.

Hugs en groetjes ~
Heidi

P.S. ~ Hoe is het weer in Pennsylvania? Wordt de bladeren mooi van kleur? Nu moet je misschien aan je moeder vragen wat ik heb geschreven.
